hmmmm i think the dedicated server thing will be there. Otherwise i dont think people will gonna play this game for long and they know the same thing too. maybe be just a popularity stunt before releasing the game?

They are gonna implant console server system.
So in that case, you are able to add friends to a list, and then you (all together) find and join a server.
Theres also possibility to invite a friend to the server you are playing.
Friends will play together, but the way to join might be different from different CODs for PC.

no admins either to control the ammount of idiots that ruing games for others.

That footage of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 being played in the third person? Totally legit. The external camera view, a surprise late addition from Infinity Ward, is limited to the game's multiplayer mode. How limited? IW explains.

"3rd Person is a new playlist mode in Multiplayer," says Infinity Ward's creative strategist Robert Bowling. "So you can play your favorite playlists [or] game types, like Team Deathmatch just standard, or in Hardcore mode ([with] limited HUD and increased bullet damage) or in the new 3rd Person mode, which means you and everyone in the game is in 3rd person."
