Today I was playing on your server. I respected all rulles and got banned wtf??..
So I want to know why have I got banned?.. That time from MYT i saw only omestein playing..

The reason you were banned is because of the following breaking of the rules...

Abusive language : 1 time
Name calling : 1 time
Spawn Camping/killing : 1 time
Arguing with admins : 1 time
Disrespecting admin : 1 time
Disrespecting MYT : 1 time

This not what we expect from ppl who join MYT servers.

Particularly the points of Arguing & Disrespecting Admins.

I note that there are alias used covering these violations particularly the disrespect issue was leito & {SoE}kobrzZz

Perhaps you can tell us more and why we should consider Unbanning.

Well that time when I got banned I was playing normal.. I didn't use offensive language or something like that.. I don't remember i was arguing with an admin,but I confess i used abusive language a few days ago and that was because there were players who were team nading or something like that on purpose..
About disrespecting the admin.. That's not true.. One day when I played on your server, there was a one cheather. I was not the only one who realized that (many players said that).. I told to an admin there was a cheather to watch him.. But he didn't wanna listen me,and I said: "Guess it's allowed to cheat on this server". He said:" Stop complaining,get a proof and publish it on myt forum"..
All I wanted was that the admin who was playing could watch him more carefully and he would get a proof..
That was all what I know .. But that admin who was playing ( I don't remember who he was) took my message ( guess i'ts allowed to cheat on this server) as disrespecting..

Well I was Admin and it was I that reported you for Disrespecting MYT.
We take very seriously cheating of anykind, but we do ask for video proof and for it to be posted on this forum. To often ppl shout cheat at the slightest provocation, so Admins take a balanced view, ask for such accussations to cease & to post proof. You failed to obey & produce such proof.

Arguing about that then telling us we allow such cheats is why you earned the Violation.

That prompted me to checked our records and found a history of argumentative behaviour, calminating in disrespecting an Admin (report date 30/03/10).
That is why I banned you from MYT VIP Server.

I have to say that I am not in favour of lifting this Ban, however I will ask Maniac M8y to consider your appeal.

Ok .. I just wanted to see why I got banned.
When many people realized that guy was cheating and told that, you didn't do anything,but when I said it was allowed to cheat then that was arguing lol.
I respect your decision, for you that was wrong,but for me I did not do some huge wrong thing which leads to ban.

We dont allow cheating on our server by anyone, however if admis were to ban everyone who was called a cheater by other players then I am afraid there would be no on left on line to play.

We only ban people when evidence is presented to us in the form of video evidence and we then decide as a team wether that person is worthy of a ban.
But you seem to have pressumed that because we didnt ban someone on your say so in game that we allow cheaters, and decided to say it in the server. I am sure you can appreciate that this isnt helpful to anyone playing and you are assuming our admins are not doing their jobs becuase they didnt react to your claim.

If your appeal is upheld my Maniac then I would hope you think about this before you make any more comments in the server or anyone elses for that matter, our admins do a great yet unrewarding job in the server keeping it clean and cheater free. Its why they are selected to carry out the task.

I didn't want him to ban that guy, all I wanted was to watch him and he would see he was a cheather.. Those two things are different.
Guess on this server cheating is allowed, if this sentense is arguing for you,then I really don't have nothing to say anymore lol. That really shouldn't have been ban. Like I said that was not some huge wrong thing which I had done. Admin could watch my words which said, but he couldn't watch one guy cheating lol..
I don't have nothing to say anymore.. I am done with this topic..
PS: I have to clap my hands, because you got one man, who was arguing with admin. Good caught

Well like Torq said, he decided to ban due to the sum totals of your actions.
6 violations in total of our rules, reported on different days by 3 of our admins.
And you only turn up to claim innocence when we finaly ban you.
So I will clap my hands not because we caught one man who argued with admin but because we caught someone who had no respect and broke our rules 6 times.

So like I said, if you appeal is upheld maybe you will choose to follow them next time.
