Violation: Trashtalking (i.e. calling people idiots noobs etc etc a lot of times), intentional teamkilling including VIP. I warned him twice and bluffed with ban, he still did not listen. Also, when he was VIP he intentionally wasted time to humiliate suspects by letting swat kill them over and over again. Ain't that a 'pro' move?
