I'm here to help. This movie is from 2003 and IMHO 1st 10 minutes are awesome, then 50 minutes of boredom and last of the movie is awesomness.

You have it's "continuation" named SWAT: Firefight (2011), which is a bit worse than SWAT (2003), yet still enjoyable. Then you have SWAT: Under Siege (2017) - I didn't have opportunity to watch it yet. Last but not least, you have you have low-budget movie called Tactical Force, which doesn't treat itself too seriously.

Quick update:

I've watched SWAT: Under Siege - it's even worse than "Tactical Force". They didn't even mask the fact, that "SWAT" equipment is the cheapest ASG gear you can buy. Zero real tactics, nothing. Don't waste your time on it
