not the clearest of video, but I think in the first part when you see his gun barrel over his shoulder you see for sure its no recoil

Yeah, I can only agree here, No clear vertical gun movement to see, there for, my conclusion is: No Recoil Cheat.

I dont know on this one.

9mm is a pain to show nr, and I see gun movement when he fires like recoil, but all his shots in cam land in the same spot.

So I have to say I am not sure?

I agree with Kev m8y....I see gun movement...and this does not seem to be an aim adjustment.
However the cam shows the hits are in one spot....So I cannot be 100% sure.
In-game intel suggests NRC.

yeah I agree with Torq on this,

1st vid clear no recoil, he couldnt have proved it anymore unless he has a badge saying I use no recoil cheat.

2nd vid again 9mm and if I wasnt looking at cam I'd have said I see recoil in his gun. So not 100% sure.
