[SOLVED] Is it allowed?

Yesterday, there was a guy with nickname '>><' (not only him, there was the other guy too, but I don't remember his nickname) playing on the first VIP server. He was playing only for the suspects. Maybe he is a good player but the style he plays is unfair. After the arrest he uses Less-Lethal Benelli Shotgun (so called 'Green Gun') to shoot at the VIP and hurts him everywhere (legs, arms, torso, head). That gives a huge advantage to the Reds because after that kind of 'therapy' the VIP is unable to move at his normal speed. Isn't it unfair? Is it allowed?

I understand when the VIP is hurt by accidental shot or nade, but when it's done purposely to gain an advantage - I think it's unfair. He also waits for the VIP: just sits and camps somewhere and then uses his 'Green Gun' to knock him out.

I remember, when I was a member of one clan, some members taught me a really unfair way to win: make 3 shots at the VIPs hand from Glock (FMJ), let him run first and after 3 or 4 stingers he will die. We were doing this trick a lot of times but then we got warned and eventually stopped doing it.

Indeed

<><><>

If the guy was on Suspects side then it is allowed...
It is usually a safe way of slowing the VIP...
As you know the VIP has variable health so "gimping" with a Lethal is risky...

However SWAT pre-hurting the VIP is not allowed..this tactic is usually employed in wars only, not on the Public Server.
