Well, i was searching a good and realistic car sim game since a long time ago, of course i tryed GTR, GTR 2, colin Mc ray and some others, but was not really satified with the sensations. But you know what!!! i think i found it !!!, this is the more realistic sim i ever try

But you need a wheel controler to play with, cause it clearly impossible to control a car without it (too much realistic)

Logitech Momo Racing Force Feedback Wheel, high price but WOW!!
